It's been a beautiful journey with Remoteli, full of inspiration, learning and unlearning, capacity building and self-development. The all-inclusive and professional system here creates a very comfortable environment to grow and be a better person. For me, it's been more than a year since I started working as a Graphic Designer for Remoteli. My career has taken off thanks to the company's expansion. The exceptional knowledge exchange throughout my department, other departments, and management have helped me immeasurably. I've discovered how to connect well with clients, which I previously struggled with as a freelancer. It's great to work for a forward-thinking firm like Remoteli, which genuinely cares about its clients and employees. This attitude has been instilled in me, and I am dedicated to doing the utmost for the consumers entrusted to my care.

I've been working at Remoteli for over a year now and I can honestly say I've learned and gained so much knowledge. In my time here I have had the privilege of working with 3 different companies in different industries, each company had different software and processes that I had to learn and familiarise myself with, which has helped to grow and expand my skill set. Remoteli has given me the space and guidance to find my feet and embed myself as an integral member of staff, and I believe my rapid journey within the company is a testament to this. For the very first time in my whole working career, I do not dread coming to work, work is not merely a paycheck. It's a place I'm happy. A place I can be the best version of myself. A place of endless opportunities.

I am proud to say that my work with the company has been a great experience. I am so excited about the company's future! The people here have been very welcoming, and I've enjoyed my experience working with them. It has truly felt like a fast-growing organization where anything is possible in just one generation or two, which makes me feel grateful that we can grow together as an integral unit of this enterprise. The people here are all very nice, and it's always exciting to start a Monday with Remoteli!

Right after my National Service, I joined the Remoteli family. The atmosphere fosters creativity as you're given enough freedom to explore. Freedom to explore does not mean the employees are left to their own devices. There is a flexible structure in place that guides employees to become much more than they started with. I came in with no idea of what being a Business Assistant entails and I can say the experience I've gathered from working with clients, coupled with training and learnings from fellow workmates (Remotelians) has greatly improved my Business assistant skills. The way Remoteli merges structure into freedom works! It just works!
